<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a contact resistance of a terminal pressure-bonding section, even if the length of the terminal pressure-bonding section is varied. <P>SOLUTION: In a method, the resistances of the terminal pressure-bonding section 5 and a zone D, including a fixed length of en electric wire 1 from the terminal pressure-bonding section, are measured by a four-terminal method. The contact resistance of the terminal pressure-bonding section is obtained, by subtracting the resistance of the fixed length of the electric wire from the measured resistance. A first voltage terminal 7A, between a pair of the voltage terminals used for the four terminal method, contacts a terminal clasp 3 and has a fixed position. A second voltage terminal 7B contacts the electric wire 1, and has a position adjusted by a micrometer caliper 29 in the longitudinal direction of the electric wire. As an electric wire 17 with a terminal placed at a predetermined position, resistance measurement is implemented, after the position of the second voltage terminal 7B is adjusted so as to bring the second voltage terminal 7B into contact with the electric wire 1 at a fixed distance from an end T of the terminal pressure-bonding section on the electric wire side, in response to the position of the end T of the terminal pressure-bonding section 5 on the electric wire side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
