A short inking device without inking zones for rotary printing units consists of an ink fountain (1), inclined downwards, with a panel (10) and a ductor knife (11), a steel film roller (2) and a steel dosing roller (3) which can be allocated thereto, an application roller (5), a distributing roller (6) and a transfer roller (7) which is engaged with the film roller (2), a smoothing roller (8) and a spiral roller (9) serving for the ink return with opposite worm pitches and edge discs extending from the inside towards the outside which are in engagement with outside rings of the film roller (2). In respect of their circumference and their circumferential speeds, the film roller, dosing roller and application roller are designed in such a way that the circumferential speeds of the film roller, the dosing roller and the application roller are preferably in a ratio of 1:0.2:2.5. <IMAGE> |
