<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition, composed of a polyester having a specified structure and a modified polyolefin and useful as a compatibility improver, an adhesive and a packaging material due to good dispersibility of both the resins, excellent adhesion, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by blending (A) a polyester which is a condensate of diols expressed by formula I (R1 is 2-40C bivalent organic group) with dicarboxylic acids expressed by formula II (R2 is same as R1) and contains amide bonds expressed by formula III in an amount of 5X10<-4> to 1X10<-1>mol based on 100g polymer with (B) a modified polyolefin, prepared by carrying out graft reaction of, e.g. an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its acid derivative with a polyolefin and containing carboxyl and/or carboxylic acid derivative group at (99:1) to (1:99) weight ratio. Furthermore, an aromatic ring-containing polyester or a polyolefinic resin layer is formed on at least one surface of a layer of the above-mentioned composition to afford a multilayered structure.</p> |
