PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of the strength of FRP with holes for bushes used for FRP levers including brake levers, torsion bar arms, and handle levers. CONSTITUTION:A boss 10, in which a bush is inserted, is shaped octagonal and linked each other with a core 11. In this state, a tape, in which fibers are arranged with a resin, is wound up around the core 11 to form a laminate 12. In the laminate 12 having lots of tape layers, the fiber direction is shifted by an angle of about 45 degree between the layers. The laminate 12 is formed around the core 11 in this way. By forming the boss 10 octagonal and arranging the tape fiber directions in four directions, the boss 10 can be installed so that the fibers are oriented along each side of the boss 10. |
