PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature and atmosphere in an oven from being affected by the outside air and make it possible to perform lateral stretching work under safe and stable conditions by a method wherein a nozzle cleaner is driven back and forth with a driving device so as to remove a resin film fragment on a hot air blowing nozzle with a removing means. CONSTITUTION:A resin film fragment (a) is developed so as to hinder tire blowing of hot air by being caught with hot air blowing nozzles 2. In this case, a clutch 21 is cut off and, at the same time, a nozzle cleaner main body 5 is shifted towards tire downstream side B at tire speed slower than the speed of the body under the condition that the body is driven with a reversible motor 20 by manually rotating a manual handle 23 to one direction, resulting in scraping out the fragment (a) on hot air blowing nozzles 2 with the tip part of a wire brush, which contactingly passes to and fro, so as to fall down the fragment (a) to the downstream side B from the hot air blowing nozzles 2 as the fragment (b) in order to release the hot air blowing nozzles 2 for allowing to let hot air blow therethrough. |
