<p>PURPOSE:To immediately and surely remove contaminant contained in air to be treated and heat energy or the like. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of chambers 5 whose diameters are successively enlarged at the prescribed ratio are provided concentrically in series from an inlet 2 side. A plurality of rotors 6 whose diameters are successively enlarged at the same ratio as the prescribed ratio are provided in accordance with the insides of a plurality of chambers 5. The shaft 7 of the rotors 6 is freely inserted into an inlet 2 and an outlet 3. A plurality of treating units 8 are constituted in accordance with a plurality of chambers 5. Liquid 18 is always supplied to the respective rotors 6. Moreover, the respective rotors 6 are rotated and the films of fine droplets whose particle diameters are successively made fine are formed. The air 10 to be treated is passed to the films and treated.</p> |
