CONSTITUTION:Rhizopus oligosporus IFO-8631 strain belonging to mold is cultured in a culture liquid containing 5% aqueous solution of casamino acid and the culture product is subjected to centrifugal separation, etc., to obtain a supernatant. The objective physiologically active substance consisting of a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of formula can be produced by purifying the supernatant by dialysis, ion-exchange chromatography, etc.</p> |
