PURPOSE:To prevent an excessive rise in cutter torque without halting the operation of a shield jack frequently in terms of a shield jack having a rotary cutter. CONSTITUTION:Only when a detected torque value of a cuter torque detection means 10 rises and exceeds a control start level predetermined with a setter 12, a shield speed corrected variable is output from a shield speed corrected value arithmetic operation means 13 in conformity with the speed. A shield speed command correction means 15 subtracts the shield speed corrected variable from a shield speed setting value by a shield speed setter 14 and outputs the subtracted value as a shield speed command value. An oil quantity controller 16 controls a supply quantity to a shield jack 4 so that the shield speed command value may be identical to a shield speed detected value of a shield speed detection means 11 and lowers the shield speed to the amount of excess torque. |
