The device has LEDs (07) placed in an aligned manner, and lenses (08) for intercepting a light maximum emitted by the LEDs and for concentrating a light on cylindrical lenses (01-04). The cylindrical lenses are displaceable based on a request to obtain a controllable lighting on a part of an object i.e. lighting system, on a car. Frames (05, 06) are placed in front of the LEDs, and the lenses (01-03) are mounted on the frame (05). The lens (04) is placed on the frame (06), and a support (09) supports the LEDs.
