<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device of a door, which uses a weather strip, is usable commonly for a slide door and a hinge door, and reduces a cost. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device includes: a door 4 for opening and closing a door opening portion 3 formed in a vehicle; lock portions J1 and J3 for holding the door at a closed position D1 in which the door opening portion is closed; and a weather strip 500, a base portion 503 of which is joined to periphery portions wf, wr, wu, and wd of the door held in the closed position D1, and maintaining a sealing performance by contacting elastic seal portions 511 and 512 bulging out of the base portion with an opening edge portion of the door opening portion. The first elastic seal portion 511 for sealing by contacting the elastic seal portion of the weather strip provided to the periphery portion wf on the front and vertical side of the door with the opening edge portion in the case of the door being a slide door, and the second elastic seal portion 512 for sealing by contacting the elastic seal portion with a center pillar 5 which is the opening edge portion in the case of the door being a hinge door, are integrally formed parallely along the up-and-down direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
