A first invention relates to pesticidal granules for coating characterized by comprising at least one pesticidally active ingredient as an effective component and having a circularity coefficient of 0.7 or over when determined according to the following calculation equation, and also to a coated granular pesticide wherein the pesticidal granules are coated with a film mainly composed of a resin. <MATH> The second invention relates to a coated granular pesticide of a timed-release control-type wherein pesticidal granules having a welling force of 1 - 30 ml/2 g on absorption of water and coated with a coating material comprising a thermoplastic resin as its effective component.
