PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily relax restraint by having a user pull a seat belt and cope with winding control of high flexibility. SOLUTION: When a buckle of a seat belt is engaged, a CPU inputs this information as external information and applies voltage to the coil of a relay RL. A contact of the relay RL is thereby closed to apply voltage to collectors of switching transistors Q1-Q4. When external information, such as the rotating direction of rotating speed of a motor M is inputted to the CPU, the CPU outputs control pulses P1-P4 according to this information. The direction of rotation and rotating frequency of the motor M can be changed by changing an on/off control pulse, its frequency, duty ratio, and the like. |
