<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition capable of preventing the milkiness of a laminate layer due to steam penetration, above all, capable of retaining sufficient adhesion between an ink layer and a plastic film even after steam sterilization of metal cans produced through metal working of a laminated metal plate. SOLUTION: This printing ink composition is characterized by employing a phenoxy resin (or a mixture of it with a polyurethane resin) as a binder and preferably by including an organic compound having blocked isocyanate group in the composition. The printing ink composition is suitable especially for photogravure printing.</p> |
