The device (1) can be joined to the top of a soft hair-dye container. The fluid (2) is guided through ducts (5) to the tips (6,7) of three spikes (3) and released from outlets (8) which are positioned slightly off center. A second set of outlets (12) is positioned in the valleys (4) between the spikes (3) for the precise application of the fluid (2) on longer hair. One set or both sets of openings can be closed at a time by using a lever or control knob (15,16,17) at the side of the device (1). Two shorter spikes (9), joined to the base in the gaps (4) between the hollow spikes (3), serve as guides during the distributing process.
