<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity, excellent raw stock preservability, and high reliability in insulation, and to provide a photosensitive film, a photosensitive laminate, a method for forming permanent pattern, and a printed wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: This photosensitive composition contains binder, polymeric compound, oxime derivative, and ion adsorbent. Preferably, the ion adsorbent is zirconium phosphate, and the oxime derivative is the compound represented by formula, wherein R<SP>1</SP>denotes any one of acyl group which may have hydrogen atom and substituent, alkoxycarbonyl group, and allyl oxycarbonyl group, R<SP>2</SP>denotes any one of halogen atom, alkyl group, allyl group, alkyloxy group, allyloxy group, alkylthio group, allylthio group, and amino group respectively and independently, m denotes an integer of 0-4, wherein when m is 2 or more, it may connect mutually to form a ring, and A denotes any one of 4, 5, 6, and 7-membered rings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
