<p>In a method and in a related equipment, the elongated formation of food product at the end of a sausage filling machine, like sausages and alike products, is driven forwarding a fluid in a substantially gaseous phase, compressed in a tubular cylinder for the sliding of the individual sausages in order to establish a thin gap enveloping the latter, gauging them on substantially constant diameters and possibly conditioning them with aromatics and/or acid coagulating substances for stabilising the surface of the sausages, which may even be produced uncased.</p> |
