<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat cooked-type meat processed food composition added to animal meat processed food so as to bring excellent juicy and soft palate feeling to the animal meat processed food after cooked. <P>SOLUTION: The heat cooked-type meat processed food composition comprises an oil-in-water emulsified composition composed of 5-70 mass% of edible oil and fat, 2-10 mass% of methylcellulose where the viscosity of 2-mass% aqueous solution at 20°C is 3-600 mPa s, 0.5-5 mass% of emulsifier, and 15-92.5 mass% of water.
