A semiconductor device is provided to diffract the light in only an interface between the air and the adhesive using a supporter comprised of the adhesive. A first supporter includes an adhesive. An exfoliated layer(13) includes a semiconductor device on an underlying insulation layer adhesive to the first supporter. A second supporter includes an adhesive adhered to the exfoliated layer to interpose the exfoliated layer between the first supporter and the second supporter. A material layer is adhered to the first supporter and is an oxide layer. The exfoliated layer includes a semiconductor layer on the material layer. The first supporter includes the adhesive on a protective layer(18).
