The invention relates to medicine, particularly to detecting, measuring or recording for diagnostic purposes and can be used for diagnosis of diseases of human internal organs, skeletal muscle system and functional systems. The method consists in preliminary identification of auricular zones of energy reflexotherapy (ERT) with lack or excess of energy and the topography of significant biologically active points (BAP) and/or the ERT zones with following determining the presence of seals in the identified BAP and/or ERT zones, and an aggregate of the presence or the absence of such seals in the corresponding significant symmetrical zones can serve as a diagnostic factor, namely in the presence of the seals on the side with the lack and on the side with the excess of energy lesions of exchange and/or exchange-traumatic etiopathogenesis are diagnosed, and in the presence of the seals on the side with the excess of energy and in the absence of the seals on the side with the lack of energy lesions of traumatic etiopathogenesis are diagnosed.
