<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable type antistatic hard coat resin composition for producing a cured material having improved antistatic property, scratch resistance, transparency and light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray curable type antistatic hard coat resin composition contains multifunctional (meta)acrylate(A) having two or more (meta)acryloyl groups in each molecule, zinc oxide particulates (B) obtained by doping gallium, and photoinitiator (C).
