<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component suction device which can enhance production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The component suction device comprises a component supply means for supplying a component E to a component supply position 30, a head 4 having a nozzle 42 for sucking the component E, a midair movement means for moving the suction nozzle 42 to the midair position of the component at the component supply position 30, a recognition means provided in the head 4 and recognizing the component supply position 30 after the suction nozzle 42 is moved to the midair position by the midair movement means, a suction position recognition mean for recognizing the suction target position for the component E of the suction nozzle 42 based on the information from the recognition means and correcting the suction target position, as required, and a lowering suction means for lowering the suction nozzle 42 at the component midair position down to the suction target position so that the component E is sucked by the suction nozzle 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
