<p>A locking system (10) is mounted to a door (11) with three rods (14, 15, 16) extending therefrom. The rods (14, 15, 16) have a locked position extending beyond the periphery of the door (11) and an unlocked position not extending beyond the periphery of the door (11). Three rod receivers (12, 19, 20)are adapted to receive the three rods (14, 15, 16) in the locked position. A handle (30) rotatably engages cam plates (32, 34) which are operatively engaged with the rods (14, 15, 16) whereby rotation of the handle(30) rotates the cams (32, 34) which moves the rod ends (16, 17, 18) from one position to the other. A locking tab (47) extends forwardly from the lower cam plate (32) into a recess (50) and is engaged by a circular lock (58) while the recess (50) prevents movement of the engaged circular lock (58). A second locking tab (52) extends forwardly from the rod-locking link (41) and a stationary locking tab (54) is aligned thereto. Both locking tabs (52, 54) are engaged by a padlock (59) preventing movement of the rod-locking link (41).</p> |
