PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of a projecting amount of a game board to a rear side and simplification of the rear side of the game board.SOLUTION: A pinball game machine comprises winning means 22 including winning ports 30, 32 opening to a front face side of a game board 17, and a rear part mechanism 47 disposed on a rear side of the game board 17 through an intermediate mechanism 48 inside a fitting hole 45 of the game board 17. A rear case 46 is disposed along the rear face of the game board 17 on the rear side, and the rear part mechanism 47 is stored in the rear case 46. The winning means 22 comprises: drive means 54, 59 for driving movable members 36, 37 for changing winning areas of the winning ports 30, 32; ball paths 52, 57 for guiding game balls having entered the winning ports 30, 32; and detection switches 56, 60 for detecting the game balls having entered the winning ports 30, 32.
