Disclosed are a shift register unit, a bidirectional scanning gate drive circuit and a display device. The shift register unit comprises an input module for providing an input signal (OUT_N-1) to a first node (PU); a first control module for implementing a pull-up output and subsequently implementing a pull-down output according to the input signal (OUT_N-1) and a third clock signal (ck1); and a second control module for maintaining a level of an output node (OUT_N) at a power source voltage according to a fourth clock signal (ck3), wherein the first control module comprises a first transistor (T1) for being continuously conducted after the pull-up output so as to perform the pull-down output, and the second control module comprises a second transistor (T2) for maintaining the level of the output node (OUT_N). The shift register unit achieves bidirectional scanning by means of a simple design, which is beneficial to the wiring of a display panel with a narrow frame and high resolution. In addition, since the second transistor (T2) is only used for pull-down keeping, a relatively small size of transistor can be used, thereby further reducing a circuit size. |
