PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suitable the amount of CAM data that a CAM system 40 stores through classification management, and to achieve drawing by a laser direct exposure system even when a wiring board 20 expands or contracts exceeding a range of an expansion/contraction limit circle.SOLUTION: A laser direct exposure system sets a first expansion/contraction limit circle as a circular region having its center at a design position of an alignment target of CAM image data and having a radius equal to a limit value of an expansion/contraction amount of a drawable wiring board, arranges a plurality of other expansion/contraction limit circles covering a periphery of the first expansion/contraction limit circle, and generates and draws drawing control image data generated by correcting the CAM image data by expansion and contraction while aligning the design position of the alignment target to the center position of the first expansion/contraction limit circle or other expansion/contraction limit circles including position coordinates of the alignment target as a measurement result. |
