PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a throttle valve capable of improving controllability.SOLUTION: The control device for a throttle valve includes opening and closing means for opening and closing a throttle valve, a throttle opening sensor for detecting the degree of opening of the throttle valve, fuel supply control means for controlling supply of fuel, engine speed acquiring means for acquiring engine speed of an internal combustion engine, load acquiring means for acquiring a load of the internal combustion engine, target engine speed setting means for setting target engine speed of the internal combustion engine, and throttle opening control means for controlling the opening and closing means and controlling the degree of opening of the throttle valve so that, in the case where the fuel is supplied, the acquired engine speed becomes the set engine speed when both of a condition that the acquired engine speed is equal to or lower than prescribed engine speed and the internal combustion engine is in the low rotation state and a condition that the acquired load is equal to or lower than a prescribed load and the internal combustion engine is in the low load state are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
