A low-drag floatation platform aims to overcome the limitations on cruising speeds of marine vessels equipped with low power propulsion systems and the barriers on mass production of unique marine vessels, by changing the traditional approach to hull design and displacement, as well as the manufacturing and outfitting process of custom boats. The invention of low- drag universal floatation platform provides a pre-fabricated base that could support numerous designs of customizable boat architecture with a pre-set allowable weight. The low-drag floatation platform may also come pre-fitted with electric drive engines and battery banks as a readily available floatation platform with a plug and play green propulsion system. |
