obtaining a reservoir effective permeability, k; obtaining a reservoir net pay thickness, h; obtaining an initial reservoir pressure, Pi; obtaining a reservoir flow rate, q; obtaining a viscosity of oil in the well, μ; obtaining a formation volume factor, B; calculating a dimensionless parameter for wellbore pressure, PwD; and calculating a dimensionless number Pwf/q, according to the equation: Pwf/=Pi(1/q)−CμBPwD/kh, wherein C is a constant; and plotting the parameters p and q with p/q on a y-axis and 1/q on the x-axis. |
