PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which excels in releasability from a mold in molding and can firmly adhere to a resin having polar groups by mixing a specified hydrogenated block copolymer or its modified product with a thermoplastic polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:A vinylaromatic compound (e.g., styrene)/conjugated diene compound (e.g., butadiene) block copolymer is synthesized by a well-known process, partially hydrogenated and optionally reacted, by an addition reaction, with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like (e.g., maleic anhydride) to obtain a hydrogenated block copolymer which is a block copolymer comprising at least one vinylaromatic compound polymer block A and at least one olefin compound polymer block (B), wherein the degree of unsaturation of block B is not above 20% and/or a modified block copolymer to which carboxyl group- or its derivative group-containing molecular units are bonded. A 100 pts.wt. of this block copolymer and, optionally, a filler, a softening agent, etc., are kneaded with 5-100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester of an m.p. in the range of 80-180 deg.C, obtained by polycondensing a dicarboxylic acid with a diol. |
