<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bipolar cell which is improved in the output density by suppressing air bubble mingling and is excellent in the cell performance, and a bipolar cell excellent in the cell performance. <P>SOLUTION: For manufacturing a bipolar cell, first, a bipolar electrode and a separator 121 are prepared. Then, on one electrode (for example, positive electrode) of a positive electrode 113 and a negative electrode 112, an electrolyte 126 of an amount exposing on the surface of the one electrode is applied. Then, a separator is provided on the surface of the one electrode on which the electrolyte has been applied, to form a sub-assembly unit 108. A plurality of the sub-assembly units are stacked and the electrolyte applied on the one electrode is made to permeate to the other electrode through the separator to form an assembly unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
