<p>The invention concerns a flap mount for fitting between a furniture unit and a furniture flap. The flap mount comprises a pivoting rod which at one end is joined to the furniture unit so as to pivot and at the other is joined to a bearing journal of a base component so as to pivot, the base component being mounted on the furniture flap. The pivoting point between the pivoting rod and base component is provided with a securing element to ensure that the pivoting joint can be assembled easily and rapidly while being secure from inadvertent detachment. The flap mount can in addition be provided easily with the securing element during manufacture. For that purpose, it is proposed that the securing element should be secured, on its side facing away from the bearing journal, by a guide element to the pivoting rod or the facing section of the base component in such a way as to slide. The securing element is provided on its side facing the bearing journal with a securing section which, once the unit has been assembled, holds the pivoting rod and the facing section of the base component in the vicinity of the bearing journal together.</p> |
