PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for decoding/encoding video signal including an entropy decoding unit are provided to perform efficient coding by supplying a rearrangement method in a reference picture list. CONSTITUTION: A decoding device includes a parsing unit(100), an entropy decoding unit(200), an inverse quantization/de-conversion unit(300), an intra estimator(400), a deblocking filter unit(500), and a decipher picture buffer unit. The decipher picture buffer unit includes a reference picture storage, a reference picture list generation unit, and the reference picture administration unit. The reference picture list generation unit includes the variable leading unit, the reference picture list initialization unit, and the reference picture list rearrangement unit. |
