<p>Methods and compositions for the identification, characterization and isolation of regulatory RNA sequences are provided. Regulatory RNA sequences mediate post-transcriptional regulation in response to various environmental conditions, can be used to alter the level of expression of endogenous genes, and can be used to identify factors which interact with regulatory RNA sequences. The invention additionally provides improved vector systems for rapid screening, analysis, and tightly-regulated expression of regulatory RNA sequences.</p> |
