GRINDING DEVICE, GRINDING HEAD FOR GRINDING DEVICE, AND GRINDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device improved in grinding accuracy by properly controlling the attitude of an object to be ground when the object is pressed against a surface to be ground for grinding, and also provide a grinding head for the grinding device and a grinding method.

SOLUTION: The grinding head for a grinding device for grinding by pressing the object to be ground against the surface to be ground comprises an elastic holding means for holding the object against the surface, a pulling means for pulling the holding means in the grinding direction, and a pressing means for pressing the object against the surface with the holding means interposed therebetween.
