<p>A method of preparing an object containing DNA, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining a sample including DNA from a donor; extracting DNA from the sample; amplifying the extracted DNA; introducing a solution of the amplified DNA into a cavity within the object through an opening of the cavity; and closing the opening of the cavity, wherein the object is with a defined shape, or mixing a solution of the amplified DNA with the object where the object is amorphous.</p> |
