WASTEWATER CIRCULATION CONTROL DEVICE IN BLAST FURNACE FACTORY

PURPOSE: A circulation control device for wastewater is provided in the blast furnace factory which displays manifold wastewater ponds in the factory and enables a manager to control them in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: The devices compromises:electric signal controller(40) which controls simultaneous circulation treatment; manifold level instruments(43) which are installed to manifold wastewater ponds and decides a level as the amount of pond; manifold variation parts(44) which change analog data printed in the level instrument into digital data; manifold motor control centers(45) which control the scattered automatic valves; a sequential program controller(41) which transfers data from variation part to signal controller and signal from signal controller to control center; an information input part(46) which inputs the information about driving alarm into signal controller; an installation part(53) to set up the retention amount of wastewater; a system function selection part(50) which selectively inputs auto or manual mode to each automatic valve.
