PURPOSE: A LCD(liquid crystal display) module is provided to improve an adhesive force in an ACF(anisotropic conductive film) bonding process. CONSTITUTION: The module comprises a LCD panel, a printed circuit board which is place at a side of the LCD panel and a drive IC which electrically connects the LCD panel with the printed circuit board. a plurality of grooves are formed on at least one side out of a bonding lead(24) of the drive IC and a bonding pad(20) of the LCD panel which are bonded each other by an adhesive. In the module, The bonding pad is formed on an upper portion of a TFT substrate(10). The bonding lead is formed on an upper portion thereof corresponding to the bonding pad. The groove is formed into a semisphere shape or V-shape. Thereby, an adhesive surface between the leads of the drive IC and the leads of the TFT substrate is increased and the adhesive force is thus increased.
