PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unevenness in a polished surface of a work piece by providing at least two eccentric shafts for causing the eccentric movement of a pad in parallel. SOLUTION: A that countersunk head screw 28 is positioned to the eccentric position to the center of each of through holes 31 formed in the front part and in the rear part of a pad 30, and the shaft center of a grip part 2 is positioned in parallel to the longitudinal center line of the pad 30. The front part and the rear part of the pad 30 are fitted to two eccentric shafts 14, 18 disposed with a vertical line passing the center of gravity of the pad 30 sandwiched between them at equal spaces to locate the center of the grip part 2 on the vertical line. Therefore, the stable eccentric movement of the pad 30 can be secured by two eccentric shafts 14, 18, and the bias of force applied to the pad 30 through the grip part 2 having the center located on the vertical line and the main body 1 is eliminated to equally apply the vertical pressing force to the pad 30, so that the pad 30 is abutted in the stable state to a polished surface of the work piece to prevent the occurrence of unevenness in the polished surface. |
