PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily couple a panel without looseness in the fixed direction. SOLUTION: The panel coupling device is composed of a panel 1 in which retaining grooves 4, 5 are formed in an upper end face and a lower face in the longitudinal direction of the panel while retaining holes 6, 7 are formed to both retaining grooves 4, 5, connecting disks 8, in which connecting holes comprising female screws at circumferential fixed positions are formed to peripheries, and connecting rods in which male screw sections screwed into the connecting holes are formed each at one end and retaining sections 17 are bent and formed at the other ends. The connecting rods 14 are screwed into the connecting holes formed in the connecting direction of the panel 1 and installed to the connecting disks 8. The connecting disks 8 are arranged at the upper ends and lower ends of the coupling sections of both panels 1 to which the connecting disks 8 must be connected. The connecting rods 14 are fitted into the retaining grooves 4 formed in the panels 1 while the retaining sections 17 to the connecting rods 14 are inserted into the retaining holes 6, 7 formed to the retaining groove sections.
