PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the hole of a concrete structure a small diameter, reduce an execution cost, enhance durability of an insert body and facilitate insertion into the hole of the insert body. SOLUTION: This insert instrument and its execution method screws the female screw part 2a of a substantially cylindrical ceramic-made insert body 2 whose edge is closed through a substantially cylindrical holding tool 5 on an assembling bolt 7, provide an unevenness part 2b coming into contact with a resin 4 in the hole 3a of a concrete structure 3 on the outer periphery of the insert body 2, provide flange parts 5a, 5c fitted to the hole 3a on both the ends of the holding tool 5, and make the outside diameter of the insert body 2 smaller than the flange parts 5a, 5c in the hole 3a.
