The camera has an optical apparatus with an interference band-stop filter preventing passing of visible and infrared lights in a narrow band that begins from visible wavelengths and terminated at a wavelength, where transmission power are same for color filters and black pixel based on the wavelength. Signal processing circuits simultaneously provide a complete infrared image from the black pixel and a complete color image established for each color from subtraction of a signal from a color pixel corresponding to an image point and a signal from the black pixel corresponding to the point. The pixels are formed on a front face of a silicon substrate.
