PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beverage for a diet support and a sweetener for a beverage capable of suppressing ingestion of calories of a food eaten simultaneously or thereafter and favorable for taste. SOLUTION: This beverage is obtained by including L-arabinose in an amount effective in suppressing sucrose absorption in the small intestine together with a high-sweetness sweetener in the beverage. |
