The primary cooling circuit has an evaporator [3] mounted adjacent to the power electronics [2]. The evaporator has a matrix of tubes [15] and the evaporated fluid is fed [5] to the condenser [4]. The cooled liquid is returned to the evaporator. A secondary cooling effect is provided by a fan [8] providing forced convection.
