<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication service continuity while preventing unnecessary power consumption in a mobile station. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes a process A wherein a mobile station UE in communication with a microcell measures and reports reception quality of a cell in a periphery of the microcell reported from a network device and the network device detects a home cell that the mobile station UE is not allowed to access, and a process B wherein the network device excludes the detected home cell that the mobile station UE is not allowed to access from cells in a periphery of the microcell and sends a report to the mobile station UE. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
