PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding hand-carry bag for advertisement and publicity such that, a synthetic resin made hand-carry bag is folded into a size of a pocket tissue, on whose frame portions on the front and back surfaces a variety of illustrations and letters, etc., for advertisement and publicity are carried, and which is integrally assembled through the medium of a bonding cardboard paper with a gripping portion provided on the mutually opposing surfaces of the folded hand-carry bag. SOLUTION: The hand-carry bag body proper is comprised of a synthetic resin made bag body and a bonding cardboard paper, with the resin made bag body being formed foldable into the size of a pocket tissue, etc., by means of vertical and transverse folding lines, while having illustrations and letter patterns drawn on one frame portion of the front and back surfaces. On the front and back surfaces of the bonding base board fitted on the synthetic resin bag body, illustrations, letter patterns and adhesive layer are respectively formed, and a releasing channel and an opening portion are formed at prescribed positions thereof, the opening portion sandwiching and holding the upper fastening portion of the synthetic resin bag body.
