KONJAK GRAIN-CONTAINING FOOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-eat konjak grain-containing food suppressed in feeling of getting-stuck on the throat when swallowing down the konjak grains while utilizing effect of the konjak grains owing to feeling of fullness in the stomach.

SOLUTION: The konjak grain-containing food is produced by addition of konjak grains each having a coating layer: wherein the coating layer comprises at least one kind selected from the group of oil-and-fat, shellac and protein each having a melting point of 40-70°C.
