PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantation part which is not decomposed and deteriorated by a photo-catalyst and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The implantation part 1 has a resin-made base material 3 composed of a synthetic resin, a non-decomposable layer 5 which is mounted on the whole surface of the resin-made base material 3 and is not decomposed by contact with a photo-catalyst, a photo-catalyst layer 7 partly arranged on the non-decomposable layer 5, an adhesive agent layer 9 for implantation mounted on the portion of the non-decomposable layer 5 other than the photo-catalyst layer 7, and a resin pile 11 implanted on the adhesive agent layer 9.
