<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp capable of enhancing temperature control, heat dissipation effect, and luminous flux density output; and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the LED lamp packages LED emitters together with a glass lamp shell and a stem assembly unit, and then disposes it in a cavity that is formed by high temperature welding. During the high temperature heating packaging process, while the glass shell opens upward, the stem assembly unit is inserted into the glass lamp shell, simultaneously rotated in the same direction, and evenly heated. In addition, heat isolation plates or an air cooling device is simultaneously disposed to suppress a rise in air temperature in the glass lamp shell, thus preventing the LED emitters from bursting, together with the glass lamp shell, due to a rise in air temperature in the glass lamp shell during the high temperature welding in the stem assembly unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
