A lighting lamp having a rotary reflective lamp is provided to easily a lighting angle by using a reflective body without disassembling the lamp. A lighting lamp includes a body(10) having a round portion(11) at a lower surface thereof, a pair of lamp engaging parts(20) respectively mounted on both ends of the round portion, a lamp(30) inserted in the lamp engaging part, and a rotary reflective plate(40) rotatably engaged to both ends of the lamp engaging part. The lamp engaging part has a pair of tubular units respectively provided on both ends of the round portion, a fixing bracket(22) mounted on the round portion of the body, and an engaging unit(23) engaged to both ends of the lamp.
