A lattice structure comprises an elongated structural element (2) and a reinforcing device for relieving a part of constraints to which said elongated structural element is exposed, wherein the reinforcing device comprises an effort distribution material which defines a block (4) supported by two substantially opposite surfaces (2a, 2b) of the elongated structural element and said efforts distribution material block (4) is pressed against the surfaces (2a, 2b) of the elongated structural element.
